Short Version of Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs, add soy sauce, and marinate for half an hour

Put a little oil in the pan and add the ribs to fry to get the oil! (You can add some starch to the ribs and stir them in a frying pan for frying, but I think it will not only save oil but also pour the oil out of frying to stir fry!)

Pan fried

Put a spoonful of water, sugar, tomato sauce, and sour plum in the pot and stir while cooking

Cook until bubbling

Add the fried ribs and stir fry

Add a spoonful of rice vinegar (white vinegar is fine too)

Stir fry evenly

Put it on the plate (remember to wash the pot while it is still warm!)

Tips:
Sugar and rice vinegar increase or decrease according to personal preference!
