Shortbread

Pour the flour into the basin.

Slowly pour in hot water in a circular motion. While pouring, use chopsticks to stir the flour into dough.

Knead it into a smooth dough and wake up for 20 minutes.

Make shortbread: Turn the stove on a small fire, put the oil in the pot, and pour the flour.

Put the sugar in the bowl, then add some dry flour and mix well (the flour is used to prevent the sugar from dripping when eating cakes, so as not to burn your mouth)

Tips:
The water absorption rate of flour is different. Don't pour water in when making the noodles. The noodles of the pancakes should be softer. Master this by yourself. Use low heat when making pastry.
