Shou Tao

The flour is fermented with yeast to double its size.

Knead thoroughly and cut into dough pieces of the same size and roll them into dough pieces with a thick middle and thin sides.

Add the bean paste filling.

Wrap it into a peach shape and cut it as deep as possible with a knife on one side, but don't cut it through because it will not be as deep as it is steamed, and the filling will be exposed. It can also be made without filling.

Do it in turn.

Dip a clean toothbrush with red yeast rice powder and brush on the top of the peach.
