Shouwu Black Sesame Paste

Put the black sesame and glutinous rice into the kettle of the wall breaker;

Add two more pieces of Polygonum multiflorum;

3. Add a piece of rock sugar and an appropriate amount of water;

Turn on the wall breaker, and crush everything;
5.
Pour the stirred black sesame paste into the pot;

Stir constantly, and cook for one or two minutes after boiling;

Put the cooked black sesame paste into a small bowl and sprinkle a few peanuts.
Tips:
1. The ratio of black sesame paste is about 4:2:1 of water, black sesame and glutinous rice. You only need to add two small pieces of Polygonum multiflorum. Add sugar according to personal preference;
2. Use a wall breaker to stir them and add them to the pot for heating. Pay attention to constant stirring to avoid sticking the pot.
