Shredded Beef with Cold Dressing

Tear the sauced beef into small pieces by hand.

Shred the onion and cut the parsley into sections.

Put dried chili segments, peppercorns and minced garlic in an empty bowl.

Heat the oil in a pot and pour it into a bowl to make chili oil.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and vinegar to the chili sauce and mix well.

Put beef, onion and coriander in a container.

Pour in the prepared sauce and mix well.

Spicy and delicious, a good side dish to go with wine.
