Shredded Beef with Coriander

Put the beef in the marinade and cook for half an hour.

Remove after cooling.

After cooling, remove and shred, add cumin powder, pepper powder, spicy and fresh, cornstarch and mix well and set aside.

Shred ginger, dry chili, garlic, and parsley into sections.

Put the cooking oil in the pot and heat it to 80% heat, then pour in the mixed beef shreds.

Leave a small amount of oil in the pot, add shredded ginger, dry chili until fragrant, and pour in good oiled beef shreds.

Stir in the light soy sauce and stir well.

Add the coriander and stir-fry the garlic evenly. Serve.
