Shredded Cabbage

I bought a tender cabbage in the market.

Cut it in half with a knife. Tear it into small pieces by hand. Wash with light brine.

Put a little salad oil in the pot, add the thinly sliced pork belly and fry to get the oil.

Add the peppercorns. Stir-fried bean paste and soybean paste with red oil.

Garlic and shallots. Put it in and continue to stir fry.
6.
Pour the cabbage and stir-fry it until tender.

Put red pepper on top of light soy sauce, add chicken essence and stir fry evenly.
8.
Delicious home-cooked side dishes, especially for dinner.
Tips:
When frying the cabbage, it must be evenly stir-fried, otherwise it will get stuck.
