Shredded Cabbage

Half a cabbage.

Tear into small pieces by hand, wash and control water.

Take a small bowl, appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, and sugar to make a sauce.

Heat a proper amount of oil in the pot, stir-fry the shallots, garlic, dried red pepper, pepper, and star anise to create a fragrance.

Tips:
Don't overdo the vinegar and sugar, be slightly sweet, slightly sour, salty and fresh, so that the taste is superb. If you don't like spicy food, you can cut down some chili.
