Shredded Cabbage

Wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces.

Soak dried red peppers in clean water for later use.
3.
Heat oil in a pot, add the peppercorns to a low heat, stir fragrantly, and remove.

Leave the pepper oil in the pot, add the dried red pepper and stir fragrant.
5.
Pour the cabbage and stir fry over high heat.
6.
Season with salt and light soy sauce, and stir-fry until the cabbage is broken.
Tips:
Cut the dried red pepper and stir-fry it will be more spicy.
