Shredded Cabbage

The cabbage is torn apart.

Cut the dried chili into sections.

Put salt, aged vinegar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Stir fragrant dried chili and minced garlic.
5.
Add the cabbage and stir fry.
6.
Pour the sauce.
7.
Stir-fry on fire.
8.
Stir-fry until the cabbage is soft and then turn off the heat.
9.
Hot and sour.
Tips:
The cabbage must be sautéed on high heat to keep the crispy texture.
