Shredded Carrot Fish Soup

One tilapia is cleaned and chopped into large pieces.

Put it in a bowl, add cooking wine, pepper, and a pinch of salt to marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut half of the white radish into shreds.

Slice ginger and parsley into sections for later use.

Fry the fish cubes in the pan until slightly yellow, then pour out the excess oil.

Add the right amount of boiling water to the pot at one time and add the ginger slices.

Tips:
1. After the fish is cut into pieces, add the ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes. Add pepper and cooking wine to remove fishy.
