Shredded Coconut Bun

Mix flour, yeast powder, sugar, butter, and milk to form a dough.

After the dough has been fermented to twice its size, knead the same amount into smooth small buns and distribute them to small paper plates.

Take the egg yolk and add a little cooking oil, stir evenly and brush on the surface of each small steamed bun, then sprinkle coconut flour and shredded coconut.

Preheat the oven at 80°C for 10 minutes, put the prepared steamed buns in the oven, and bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
