Shredded Eryngii Mushrooms in Cold Dressing

Pleurotus eryngii is cooked in boiling water.

Remove and drain the water and tear it into small strips by hand.
3.
Wash the coriander, green and red peppers, and peel the garlic.
4.
The seasoning is ready.
5.
Take a small bowl and add chopped green red pepper garlic and coriander, then add seasonings and mix well.
6.
Pour the seasoning on top of the eryngii mushrooms. Mix well.
7.
Then add sesame oil.
8.
Mix everything evenly and it is ready.
