Shredded Eryngii Mushrooms that are More Delicious Than Meat

1. Shred carrots and green peppers, slice garlic, and tear pleurotus eryngii into strips.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add garlic slices and sauté.
