Shredded King Pleurotus
1.
Tear pleurotus eryngii into strips.

Cut the green pepper into strips.
3.
Pour oil in a hot pan, add garlic slices and sauté.
4.
When the garlic slices turn yellow, add the oyster mushroom strips and stir fry.
5.
Fry the eryngii mushrooms out of water and add green pepper strips.
6.
Add a spoonful of salt. Stir fry for a while.

Cover the pot and let it sit for 2 minutes, then it will be out of the pot.
