Shredded Lettuce

Lettuce is cleaned with mud and sand, peeled off the skin and rinsed. Lettuce takes the relatively tender upper part, first cut into evenly thick slices and then cut into uniformly thick lettuce shreds

Carrots are washed and muddy, peeled off the skin, and rinsed. Take an appropriate amount of carrots and cut them into evenly thick slices and then cut into evenly thick carrot shreds for later use.

Add water to a pot and boil. Add the chopped lettuce and carrot shreds and blanch for 30 seconds. The blanched lettuce and carrot shreds remove the cold water and drain the water for later use.

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, white vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cooked white sesame seeds to the container with shredded lettuce
