Shredded Pork and Green Garlic Seedlings

Main and auxiliary materials: pork, green garlic sprouts

Cut the pork thickly.

Wash the green garlic sprouts and cut into sections.

Heat oil, add shredded pork and stir fry until white.

Add some light soy sauce.

Add green garlic sprouts.
7.
Stir-fry evenly and season with salt.

Add a little water and cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. Don't put too much light soy sauce, just a little bit of color.
2. The shredded pork should not be too thin, it can be slightly thicker.
