The home-cooked version of shredded pork with Beijing sauce, I dare not say authentic, but it is very easy. Using Knorr chicken powder to marinate the meat, the meat is tender and smooth, and the process is simpler.

Shredded Pork in Beijing Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients. I only have bean paste at home, so I use it

2. Cut the tenderloin into shreds and add 2 tablespoons of chicken powder

3. Mix well and marinate for a while, it's a bit thick and it turns into meat strips

4. Cut tofu skin into pieces, shred green onions

5. Put oil in the pot, add a little shredded green onion until fragrant, then add the sauce and stir fry

6. When the sauce is red and bright, add a little water, stir well, and then add the marinated pork

7. Stir fry for about 2 minutes.

Tips:

The sauce is very salty, and the chicken powder also has a salty taste. Do not add any more salt.
