Shredded Pork with Double Pepper Sauce

Ingredients: green and red peppers, tenderloin and plum sauce.

Wash the green and red peppers to remove internal white tendons and shred them, soak in water for 20 minutes (you don't need to soak in water for spicy ones).

Shred the tenderloin, marinate in starch, cooking wine, and salt for 20 minutes.

Heat the pan and release the oil to fry the shredded pork in the pan until it turns white.

Put the plum sauce and stir fry for color.

Put green and red pepper shreds in.

Stir-fry evenly with shredded pork and season with a little salt.
