Shredded Pork with Leek

Wash the leek and cut into sections.

Shred pork loin, add soy sauce, thirteen spices, starch and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add more oil to the pot, pour the shredded pork into 80% heat, stir-fry to change the color, set aside, and leave the bottom oil in the pot.

Pour in the leek and stir fry for 2 minutes.
