Although you can’t eat all the pickles, it’s okay to eat them occasionally. I just like this taste. I like both porridge and meals.

Shredded Pork with Pickles

1. Wash the shredded pork, add salt, cooking wine, starch and mix well, heat the pan, add the shredded ginger and stir fry

2. Stir fry until the color changes, add a tablespoon of white sugar and stir fry

3. Wash the pickles, chop finely, add the pickles and stir fry

4. Add the right amount of water and stir-fry for another minute to get out of the pot
