Shredded Potato Fried Rice

Boil the potato shreds in hot water to soften

Add oil to the wok, sauté the chopped green onion until fragrant, add shredded potatoes, and salt.
3.
Pour the remaining rice into the low heat and fry it out of the pan together!
Tips:
Only when the leftovers are fried will they come in pieces!
