Shredded Potatoes with Minced Meat

Shred potatoes. Wash off the starch in water.

Chop the minced meat.

Drain the potato shreds.

Lift the pot and drain the oil. Add minced meat and stir fry until fragrant. With salt.

Then add shredded potatoes and stir fry.

Stir fry non-stop. With salt. This will show water out.

Continue to stir fry.

The dried water turns into oil, indicating that the potato shreds are cooked, add the green onions and stir fry.

Out of the pot.
Tips:
Stir-fried potato shreds must be washed several times in clean water. Wash away the starch. Otherwise, the potatoes will not taste good when they are fried.
