Shredded Radish

Peel and shred the radish.

Salt the shredded radish for 5 minutes and squeeze out the astringent water.

Cut the coriander into 4cm-long sections, add the shredded radish, mix well with the red oil, sugar and white vinegar, and set it on a plate. You can add an appropriate amount of sesame oil.
