Shredded Radish in Oil

Wash the radish

Shred
3.
Add salt, grab it with your hands, and marinate for 30 minutes

Squeeze out the water and sprinkle with garlic leaves

Heat the oil in a pan, heat the oil until it smokes

Serve, add a little chopped pepper
Tips:
Salted carrot shreds do not need to be peeled, and the peel will not be so crispy
