Shredded Radish Shrimp Soup
1.
Wash the shrimp, remove the head and shell, and remove the shrimp line
2.
Wash the radish and rub silk
3.
After blanching the shredded radish, use cold water and drain the water for later use
4.
Half of Knorr Soup Pork Bone flavor, put it in water with chopped green onion, heat until melted, and boil
5.
Put the shredded radish into the soup pot and cook until it is ripe
6.
Add the shrimp, when the shrimp meat is curled up and becomes white and opaque, sprinkle a little white pepper, stir well and serve.
Tips:
1. The shredded radish can also be poured directly into the soup pot without damp. Blanching water can remove part of the peculiar smell of radishes, reduce froth, and shorten the ripening time.
2. Don't overcook the shredded radish because it tastes bad. The shredded radish is just about ripe, because raw radish can also be eaten.
3. Just curl the shrimp and change its color, don't cook it for too long, the meat will shrink and become old.
4. The shrimp meat has no fishy smell, so it's ok without cooking wine. Pepper can remove fishy and warm the body, and shrimp meat is also mild, and it is just right to eat in winter.
