Ingredients

Shredded Radish Tofu and Salty Glutinous Rice Balls

13. Put the fried tofu and radish stuffing in the pot and let cool

14. Prepare 200 grams of glutinous rice flour

15. Add warm water and stir to form a dough

16. Poke the stirred glutinous rice flour into small strips according to your favorite size

17. Wrap the chilled tofu and radish stuffing into the glutinous rice flour dough

18. Close up

19. Pour the wrapped glutinous rice balls into a pot of boiling water and cook.

20. Pour light soy sauce and lard into a bowl, mix well with boiling water

21. Put the cooked glutinous rice balls in a bowl and sprinkle a handful of chopped green onions

Tips:

1. The water absorption of glutinous rice flour is different. The amount of water should be increased or decreased according to the actual situation.
