Shredded Shiitake Roots

Wash the shiitake mushroom roots and squeeze them out of water, tear them into filaments with your hands, and tear them as evenly as possible.

Pour a little more oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add shredded shiitake mushroom roots and fry them flat.

Add appropriate amount of umami soy sauce and stir-fry, then stir-fry on medium heat until the moisture is dry.

Add various seasoning powders as you like, add chili powder if you like, and fry for a while until the mushroom roots are dry and chewy.
