Shredded String Beans

Materials are ready;

Remove the bean tendons of the kidney beans, wash and cut diagonally into shreds, wash the red peppers, remove the core and shred, and mince garlic;

Tips:
1. Fresh kidney beans contain a large amount of saponins and hemagglutinin. The cooking time should be long rather than short, to ensure that they are well cooked to prevent poisoning;
2. As vitamin C is not heat resistant and easy to be damaged, especially in copperware, avoid using copper tableware.
