Shredded Zucchini Salad

Wash the zucchini, use a grater to grind and put on a plate for later use

Pour 70ml of fresh soy sauce into a small bowl, 10g of sugar, 5ml of sesame oil, add 10ml of mineral water, stir to dilute, and then pour it on top of the zucchini.

If you have fresh red millet peppers in your home, you can cut a few pieces and place them on top for garnish.
