Shrimp

Open the back of the fresh shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, add cooking wine, salt, and black pepper, marinate for 15 minutes

While marinating the shrimp, soak the instant noodles and soak in cold water, drain the water and add a little flour to mix well

The marinated prawns are served over the instant noodles

Heat up the oil in the pan, add the shrimp wrapped in instant noodles at about 180°C, fry for 2~3 minutes, remove and drain the oil
5.
Put it on a plate, sprinkle onion and garlic powder with shredded onion and tomato sauce (you can use different seasoning powder and sauce to match according to personal preference)
