Shrimp and Amaranth Rice

Wash the amaranth and set aside.
2.
Chop amaranth.
3.
Dice the ham, peel the shrimp and remove the shrimp line.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add amaranth and stir fry, add rice and shrimp and stir fry until fragrant.
5.
The okra is blanched for decoration.
6.
I used a small cake mold to form the rice.
7.
Give the rice a gorgeous turn.
