Shrimp and Broccoli

Prepare broccoli and shrimp.

Wash the shrimp to remove the shrimp head and skin.

Take a knife on the back of the shrimp to remove the shrimp string.

Add salt and pepper powder, cooking wine, starch and egg white, stir evenly and sizing.

Break the broccoli into small flowers and wash.

Peel the ginger and chop it into ginger rice.

Pour water into the pot, add salt and a few drops of oil to a boil. Add broccoli to blanch water.

The blanched broccoli is taken directly into cold water and rinsed.

Fill the pot with oil, heat and sauté the ginger rice.

Add the blanched broccoli and stir-fry quickly and evenly.

Add chicken essence to taste, pour in a little sesame oil, stir fry evenly and serve.
Tips:
The prawns have been sizing and the flavor has been adjusted, and the broccoli has been blanched with salt. Do not add salt in the frying process.
