Shrimp and Carrot Soup

Prepare the ingredients. The prawns must be washed and water-controlled after removing the shrimp threads; the radishes should be rubbed into shredded radishes with a silk grater for use; the rest of the auxiliary materials can be prepared and cooked.

Heat the pan with oil, add the green onion and ginger to fragrant, add the shredded radish and stir fry.

Stir-fry until shredded radish becomes soft, pour in appropriate amount of water

Add the processed prawns.

Bring to a boil, add salt, oyster sauce, and vinegar to taste. Add some vinegar when cooking seafood soup to get rid of fishy and freshness.

Finally, add some chopped coriander to get out of the pot.
