Shrimp and Cheese Baked Rice

Cut the kale into fine cubes, remove the shells and remove the shrimp intestines and leave the tails. Use a knife to open the back. Cut the salted pork into thin strips and beat 2 eggs.

The eggs are scrambled and served when cooked.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the salted pork a few times.

Add the kale and stir-fry, add some salt, because the pork is salty, don't put too much salt.

Add the rice and all the ingredients and stir well.

Put the rice on the plate and place the shrimp on top.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Put it into the oven, 180 degrees, middle level, heat up, and bake until the cooked shrimp and cheese melts.
