Shrimp and Eggs

Marinate the shrimps in baking soda for 3 minutes, soak them in water to remove the alkali flavor, and then marinate them with sugar, salt, pepper, wood powder, and oil.

Stir-fry the shrimps until they are ripe

Beat 2 eggs, add a little water, milk, salt, oil and mix thoroughly, stir in the shrimps.

Fry the prawns with egg mixture until they are just cooked.
