I bought a bag of quick-frozen shrimps and looked very big, but very small after melting. You don't need to chop the stuffing, just add it directly. But it’s good to make shrimps and eggs, small shrimps can be very tasty,,,, the child eats it; no Arctic shrimp is delicious,,, is this nonsense? It seems that I have to spend money to defeat the Arctic Shrimp again. . .

Shrimp dishes are very popular among diners because they are light and refreshing, easy to digest, suitable for all ages. "

Shrimp and Eggs

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. Quick-frozen shrimps melted and drained. Add pepper and salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Chop the green onions.

4. Beat the eggs, add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine and mix well.

5. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, heat up, and sauté half of the chopped green onions. Add the marinated shrimps and stir-fry until they are broken

6. Pour the fried shrimp into the egg mixture and stir well.

7. Put the oil in a separate pot and heat it up, then pour in the egg mixture with shrimps.

8. Stir quickly and stir evenly until the egg is set and sprinkle with the remaining chopped green onions.

9. Add chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:

It is recommended to use smaller shrimps, which can be very tasty. Quick-frozen shrimps should be melted and drained before marinating. Of course, fresh shrimps are better.
