Shrimp and Enoki Mushroom Bacon Wraps

Prepare the ingredients, cut the bacon in the middle, and divide the enoki mushroom into two

Remove the head and shell of the shrimp and pick out the shrimp line, leaving a section of the shell on the tail.

Use a knife to cut the shrimp belly, then add a little oil, cooking wine, and starch to pickle it (a small amount is fine)

Lay the bacon flat, put enoki mushrooms and marinated shrimp

Then roll up and close down

Roll up all the bacon in turn

Put the rolled bacon in a pan and fry on low heat

Fry until golden on both sides, add a little black pepper

Add a little black pepper on the reverse side, ready to be served on the pan, and finally decorated with a little tomato sauce
Tips:
If the bacon cannot be fixed when rolled, you can use a toothpick to pass through the bacon to fix it, and then take it apart when it is cooked.
