Shrimp and Green Peas

Shrimps thawed

Prepare gravy

Use a toothpick to remove the thawed shrimp

After washing and soaking up the water, use 15ml of cooking wine, 1g of salt, 15ml of egg white, 2g of pepper and a spoon of cornstarch to marinate, then put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Prepare green beans and diced carrots, add 2 tablespoons of starch to water to melt into water starch

Prepare ginger

Pour the oil into the pot, warm the oil, and add the ginger shreds until fragrant

Then add the oil to the shrimps until all the color changes and pick up

Add olive oil in another pot

Add green beans and diced carrots in warm oil, add 1 gram of salt and stir-fry evenly

Add boiling water, cover and cook for 2 minutes until the green beans are soft

Return the shrimp to the pot and add 15ml of gravy

Thicken starch with water

Finally, top with a little sesame oil and serve
Tips:
1. We have been accustomed to sizing the shrimps so that they can maintain a tender and juicy taste. You can also try this if you like;
2. When adding salt, it should be reduced by half compared to normal cooking, and finally add the bad bittern seasoning.
