Shrimp and Matsutake Mushroom Soup | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Take the shrimps, beat the eggs, and set aside.

Wash the enoki mushrooms, shred the carrots, and set aside.

Slice the ginger and garlic and set aside.
4.
Add oil to the hot pan, fry the eggs and cut them into small pieces.
5.
Add the oil again, saute the garlic, add the shrimp, stir fry and serve.

Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add enoki mushrooms, carrots and (beef wa) freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms when the water is boiled, boil, add shrimps, add appropriate amount of salt, and serve after a while.
Tips:
1. (Beef Wa) Freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms, wake up in 30 seconds, no foaming and no washing, can be cooked directly in the pot
2. The egg can be cooked without frying, and it is directly put into the soup pot and stirred into egg flower when the soup is cooked.
