Shrimp and Onion Rings

Chop the shrimps into puree and put them in a container.

Wash the celery, chopped and place it on the shrimp paste.

Mix the eggs and all the ingredients and mix well.

Wash the onion and cut into rings, and coat with a layer of starch evenly.
5.
Heat the pan, pour the oil, and add the onion rings.

Put the mixed shrimp and egg into the onion ring with a spoon, don't spread out, and fry slowly.
7.
Fry until golden brown on both sides and turn off the heat.
8.
Serve ready to serve.
