Shrimp and Potato Chips

Wash the shrimp and cut open from the back.

Add ginger, white pepper, salt and marinate for 15 minutes.

Mince garlic, green red pepper, slice ginger, and chop green onion.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into strips to wash away the excess starch, remove and drain the water.

Add starch to coat the shrimp evenly.

Fry in a frying pan until cooked through.

Remove and drain the water.

After frying the shrimps, put the fries in the pan and fry them until golden brown to remove the oil control.

Leave a little oil in the pan, add minced garlic, ginger, green, red pepper, green onion, pepper and saute until fragrant.

Add shrimp and potato chips and stir-fry evenly.
11.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve on a plate.
