Shrimp and Squid Porridge

1. Shred the squid and soak in water for later use. Wash the scallops and soak in water for later use. Remove the shrimp head and shrimp thread. Use a small bowl with the shrimp head and fill it with frying oil.

2. Boil the water in the casserole, pour the oil and stir-fry the shrimp heads to get the red oil. Pour in some water and cook. Wash the rice and add the scallops and water to cook. Then use the oil pan to fry the shredded squid, stir fry, pour the casserole and cook together.

3. Boil the winter vegetables until they are almost cooked. Pour the shrimps and cook them, add salt and chopped green onions.
