Shrimp and Squid Rice

Cut the fresh squid into strips, remove the shrimp heads, and remove the shrimp threads. Wash and set aside.

Stir-fry the shrimp and fresh squid in the pan, then add the peppers, carrots, and finally garlic sprouts. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes, then pour all the ingredients into the washed rice, turn on the rice cooker and start cooking.

Tips:
If you don’t like spicy food, you can replace it with vegetable pepper.
