Shrimp and Straw Mushroom Claypot Rice

Wash the rice, soak for about half an hour, and simmer in a small stone pot;

The prawns are headed, peeled, sanded, and marinated with a little cooking wine;

Wash the straw mushrooms and cut in half. Wash the snow peas.

Put a little water in a wok to bring to a boil, put a spoonful of Tom Yum Goong sauce, a spoonful of coconut flour, a little fish sauce, put shrimps and straw mushrooms, and simmer for 3 minutes

When the juice is thick, add snow peas, turn the color out of the pot, and pour the lid on the claypot rice.
