Shrimp and Tofu

Slice homemade jade tofu and steam for 8 minutes.

Pick out the shrimp threads from the shrimps, add salt, cooking wine, and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Dice peas and carrots for later use.

Put water in a pot to boil, add peas and carrots and blanch them out.

Put oil in the pan, add shrimp and stir fry to change color.
5.
Add the blanched vegetables and stir fry.
6.
Bring to a boil with water, add salt to taste, pour in water and starch to thicken the gorgon.
7.
Pour it on top of jade tofu.
