Tips:
Tofu can not be eaten with foods high in oxalic acid, such as spinach, bamboo shoots, amaranth, water chestnut, etc. Tofu contains more calcium. Calcium and oxalic acid can produce insoluble or incompatible calcium oxalate, which affects the absorption of calcium.
