These days, I am busy decorating every day, and I don’t have time to do the cleaning and sanitation before.

The porridge I made with germ rice, prawns, carrots and alfalfa vegetables is rich in nutrients. A warm bowl of porridge is warm and good for digestion and attraction.

Shrimp and Vegetable Porridge with Germ Rice

1. Prepare the main ingredients you need. Alfalfa vegetables are blanched and frozen in summer.

2. Wash the carrots and shred them.

3. Peel the shrimp, remove the puree, and marinate in lemon juice and salt for 10 minutes.

4. The germ rice is washed clean.

5. Chopped green onion.

6. Put a little oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

7. Add shrimp and stir fry.

8. Stir-fry until the color changes and it can be served.

9. Put the germ rice into the rice cooker and add an appropriate amount of water.

10. Add alfalfa vegetables.

11. Add carrot shreds.

12. Put in the shrimps, cover the rice cooker, and select the "porridge" button.

13. After hearing the prompt tone, turn off the power.
It can be eaten after boiling it under natural pressure. You can add appropriate amount of salt to taste according to your taste.

14. Rather than taking great pains to match meals, it is better to treat yourself with a bowl of germ rice. A bowl of good rice is the best choice.

Tips:

If you feed it to your baby, you can chop the shrimp into pieces.
Stir fry the shrimp first to get rid of the fishy smell. If you like, you can also put it in the pot directly to avoid the process of frying.
The taste can be selected according to your own preferences.
