Shrimp and Vegetable Soup

Remove the shrimp thread, cornstarch, egg white, green onion and ginger water from most of the shrimp, put it in the food processor, and stir into the shrimp paste.

Shrimp mud.

Dice the remaining shrimps, mix with the pureed shrimps, and make the shrimps slippery.

Put it in a dish, smooth it, and refrigerate for half an hour.

Put green onion and ginger in a skillet.

Cook until slightly boiled, and use chopsticks to poke in the shrimp and slippery.

Cook on low heat until the shrimp slips and floats.

Put the vegetables in the cook and turn off the heat. Season with a little salt and sesame oil and enjoy.
Tips:
I like the prawns with diced shrimps. If you like the prawns with fine texture, you can leave out the diced shrimps.
