Shrimp and White Mushroom

Wash the shrimps, add a little cooking wine, salt and marinate for 5 minutes, then add an appropriate amount of starch and gently stir evenly

At the same time, soak the white jade mushrooms in light salt water for 10 minutes

Then rinse it out and remove it for later use

Wash the colored peppers and cut into strips for later use

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shrimp and stir fry

Tips:
1. Because there is starch on the surface of the shrimp, the oil should be more when the shrimp is fried to prevent the bottom from being stuck.
2. The white jade mushroom should be cooked thoroughly before adding other ingredients.
